Use shop-vacs or submersible pumps (gas powered) to remove excess water from the area.  Remove as much of the water as you can using this method.   When you are done, you will find that surfaces are still wet to the touch.  Open al windows and doors and get as much air circulating as possible to complete drying.  Use high velocity fans to help the process along.  A digital moisture meter can help determine when humidity and moisture levels are back within acceptable parameters.
